Ninth Principle: Drug Policy
It is time to bring drug policies into line with twenty-first-century scientific thinking and moral development. Before we find the answers to drug law reform, we must first find the questions.
A review of federal drug policy would be the basis for much
thoughtful discussion and national dialogue.
We can do better.
We can save a lot of unnecessary suffering, and also a lot of money.
