Third Principle: Universal Health Care
A standard of physical, mental, and spiritual care is the social contract as defined by
Franklin Delano Roosevelt,
"The test of progress is not whether we add more to the abundance
of those who have much;
it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little."
A standard of universal health care is afforded every citizen and legal alien.
In an enlightened capitalistic system a basic quality of life
is assured under law.
The other half of the social contract is each citizen and legal alien offers according to talent and ability what they can by way of labor for the
